# Cached map style notices

Business Maps caches Bright, Positron, and Fiord from OpenFreeMap and Basic
from the OpenMapTiles MapTiler Basic project for local serving.

## Local modifications

Before caching, Business Maps makes these interoperability and attribution changes:

- rewrites vector-tile URLs to the local `/api/tiles/openfreemap/` endpoint;
- rewrites glyph and sprite URLs to local API endpoints;
- adds visible OpenFreeMap, OpenMapTiles, OpenStreetMap, and style credits;
- assigns local style names and identifiers.

No upstream project or contributor endorses Business Maps.
